Made to order

Every item is printed after you order, in black filament. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Large items can take up to 5 business days; we'll email you if anything will take longer.

Shipping is included

The price already includes shipping to any address in the 50 US states. You are not charged a separate shipping fee. Orders ship via UPS from Cranston, RI. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. We don't ship internationally yet, and there is no in-person pickup counter.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email hello@tiprintlab.com and we'll reprint or refund.
