Standard items

If something isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived broken, misprinted or doesn't match the description, we'll reprint it or refund you in full — no need to send it back.

Changed your mind? Unused standard items can be returned within 30 days; we'll refund the item price once it's back with us (return shipping is paid by the buyer).

Personalized items

Items with a custom name are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If we made a mistake (wrong spelling versus your order, print defect), we'll remake it free.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until your order starts printing — usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible.
